Happy New Year!

I cannot believe how fast the holidays came and went this year! I just feel like December was just a whirlwind of a month! I mean of course december is always so busy but it really wasnt too busy just seemed to go by fast. It might be the fact that i was gone for what seemed like half of it!
We went to Colorado this year for Christmas and for a family wedding! It was BEAUTIFUL! If I had my way I would definitely move to sacramento, but my husband isnt a fan of the cold or the quickly changing weather! The saying in Colorado is if you don't like the weather wait 10 minutes! Its kind of true! Below I have posted some of the beautiful pictures I took while there!

So now that its the new year, I've started thinking what my goals for 2013 are and realized I have a lot, not sure if I will get any of them done. But having goals is a good thing in life, it keeps you focused on something and purpose. Here are my goals for 2013!

~ Spend more time in prayer and devotion
~ Start speaking more at church functions and stuff
~ Get pregnant ( this has been on my list for 8 years!)
~ Buy a house
~ Make a cookbook of my created recipes! (for my children)
~ Loose 15 pounds! and get in shape for a half marathon!
~ Upgrade to a large license in my daycare
~ Rearrange daycare for a more structured environment(without taking away from the home feel)
~ Have more Family dates
~ Fall in love with my husband
~ Grow my friendships to have even deeper friendships with my girlfriends
~ Take a vacation somewhere I haven't been
~ Declutter my home in 40 days
~ start doing some of the ideas on my pinterest
~ Put Tyler in Tee Ball

See its pretty long, I don't know if I'll get them all done, but I have motivation to do so.
This year so far has started off to a great start! My husband is starting a brand new job next week, one that he never really applied for!(This is the second time he's gotten a job without pursuing it) Which is awesome because it will have benefits for our whole family (I haven't had medical in 4 years, and my son has been on Medi-cal because he is adopted) plus it pays a little more than the place he is leaving. Although we love the place he is now and his boss is kind of apart of o that is something we are excited about!
I cant wait to see what 2013 has in store for me and for my family! I am hoping its a great year!
What are some of your goals for 2013? do you have any?
I find that having goals and aspirations are important and help you to get through the mundane everyday things! You just need to have reachable goals, goals that will be easy to achieve on your list or it can be a little overwhelming LOL

I hope that you all have a wonderful 2013 and that all your wishes come true this year!
